my 15 things

I would like to start this off by blaming thanking kimber culter for this post because she tagged me in one of those "write fifteen things about yourself and pretend like people care" things. But I actually really enjoyed reading hers so I thought I would give it a little try :)

1. If I could I would top every single thing that I put in my mouth with parmesan-reggiano I would do it in a heartbeat. It is divine. In fact I have tried it on some strange things and I have never found anything I didn't like with it. Yet...
2. I can't eat out of already opened boxes of cereal unless I am the one who opened it.
3. I read the back of the food labels of EVERYTHING. And no its not for the nutrition information but instead for the ingredient list, and I can recognize most of them. Because I am obsessed with food science.
4. If I could live anywhere in the world it would be in Costa Rica. Where the world is green and it never gets below 60 degrees.
5. When I moved to Utah I bought a pet cactus names sunny (or george wabaya depending on who you ask). I couldn't bring it with me to New York and I miss him a lot.
6. When I was in High School I was on the Chemistry Challenge team. I won first in state.
7. The one thing I hate most in this world is giving talks in church, and I have only done it once and it was in front of three men from the first quorum of the seventy and president uchtdorfs entire family...
8. I'm fluent in America Sign Language and have a bad habit of finger spelling when I talk sometimes
9. Chemistry is my favorite subject because even when the world and everyone in it is confusing and unpredictable, the world and everything its made of always makes sense.
10. Most people don't realize how short I actually am until I tell them that I am only 5'1. Usually after they find this out the short jokes never end.
11.  The thing I want to do most with my food science degree is working with the church humanitarian to help feed those in third world contries.
12. If I wasn't mormon I would probably gamble away every penny I had. For some reason I really like gambling. Good thing I can't.
13. My favorite topping on popcorn is tabasco sauce.
14. I never actually know what to put on things when it asks me for my eye color. Because to this day I still don't know if they are green or blue, and I don't think my eyes know either because they are always changing.
15. When I think about the places I want to see most in this world its not places like france, switerland or italy its places like ghana, nicaragua, uganda and columbia.
