dear aspen grove

family camp ends this week.

sad.

depressing.

heart breaking.

these are all words that I would use to describe the way I'm feeling right now. My roommate Natalie is already gone chillin with her familia in michigan. I feel so deserted. Auri is also moved on to bigger and better things working on campus already again. Luckily I still have Heather to keep me company.

Now that family camp is coming to an end I will no longer get to play with four year olds all day. I have decided that they are my absolute favorite age of all time. They are hilarious! They say the funniest things and they are still young enough that they automatically just love you and want to hold your hand but they are old enough to go the the bathroom all by themselves which I am very very grateful for because that means no diapers! I love love love that about four year olds. 

there are SO many things that I will miss about aspen grove when I leave...

1. playing with these cuties all day

3. getting to look at this all day. please stay away snow. i do not like you.

oh yeah. be jealous.

5. doing an impromptu dance each week at the closing show! love love love!

a few random thoughts...

they just started training me in the kitchen so i can work there during fall and winter semesters while I go to school.  It's not as fun as working with four years olds or as entertaining but thats to be expected. I have already made a lot of mistakes and some take me hours to clean up. Like overflowing a pot while making 5 gallons of alfredo sauce. Two hours later it was finally clean. blah. here is me workin the apron

oh yeah.

also I went to st george last weekend and la la loved it! So fun! I got to hang with my grandma which was just amazing and then a few of my friends came and stayed the night! We had a BLAST! In the car on the way down Heather and I made these beauties 

completely out of tootsie rolls! oh yeah!

lastly, I la la la LOVE these people and miss them already :(

on my right is auri-safria (auri), the middle is snell (me), my left is fegger (heather), behind her is nat (natalie) and right behing me is jen (jena). these girls were my besties at camp! good thing we all go to byu and get to play ALL the time :)

and now I REALLY want soup so that i can use it haha
