Our first task after receiving the food was organizing all the food and making sure it was all usable! We got some pretty hilarious stuff (dont worry pictures of these humorous items are at the end of this post! dont you dare skip to the end haha jk)
here are a few pictures of the food as well as the organization party!

Then we had to carry all of the food to my car! It was riding SO low after we put all the food in there! and it all fit! hooray! heres a pic of the boys showing off their muscles from carrying all of those cans!
All right and now for the part you have been waiting for! Here are the top worst things we got from all the donations!
Honorable mention goes to.... drum roll please...
The retaped box of jello mix and
The opened bag of marshmallows that had to have been at least a few years old! It was as hard as a rock!!!!! No matter how hard we pounded it we could break at!Now here goes the top three...
In third (oh and thank you to Brian for being my model!!)
we have a cookie mix from Christmas last year haha!and in first and second place (now you may be asking yourself how anything could get worse than the what we have already seen but oh dont you worry it can!)
In second place- a half used pancake mix that had been expired for quite a while. And now for the moment you have all been waiting for! The first place prize goes to.... spaghetti sauce that expired in 1999! yes 1999, 10 years ago! The sauce was turning a nasty greenish black color and the sauce was less of a sauce and more of a molding solid! Disguesting?? oh yeah!
Well all in all, we had an amazing food drive and are so grateful for all the poeple who donated food!
